Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of United Breakers. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the service.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the overlays. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has got in.

An account is for one person or one business running their own breaks. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not share credentials with other breakers, run breaks on someone else's behalf as a service, or resell access. We monitor for signs of account sharing and may suspend an account that is clearly being used by multiple unrelated people.

2. Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Basic and Pro include one league, which you choose at checkout and can change once per billing period.
• Complete includes every league, including ones added later at no extra cost.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are.

We may change prices. If we do, existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of the period already paid for, and we will give at least 30 days notice by email before a change takes effect.

3. Failed payments

If a payment fails, your overlays keep working for 24 hours while we retry. We will email you. After that window the overlays switch off until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted during this time, and paying restores access immediately.

4. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut you off early.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods, because the full demo is available to everyone before purchase and is the real product. If something is actually broken on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

5. Your content

Anything you upload or type in stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and deliver it to your own overlays.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload audio you are not licensed to broadcast. We may remove content we are told infringes someone's rights.

6. Our content

The software is licensed to you for use in your own streams while your subscription is active. You may not redistribute it, extract it for use outside the service, or build a competing product from it.

League names, team names and logos belong to their respective owners. United Breakers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, MLB, NBA, or any team. They are used to identify teams within your own broadcast, and you are responsible for your stream complying with whatever rules the platform you broadcast on imposes.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to run a scam, or to attack our systems or anyone else's. Do not try to get around technical limits, scrape at volume, or probe for vulnerabilities without asking us first.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service up but we do not promise a specific uptime. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid peak break hours where we reasonably can.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that charges back a legitimate payment, or that is being used in a way that puts the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will warn you first.

You can close your account at any time by asking us.

10. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales, lost viewers, or a stream that did not go to plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
